How do I reset my password?

Click on 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Make sure your card details are correct and you have sufficient funds. If issues persist, try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Contact us and we'll do our best to help. Your satisfaction is important to us.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently removed.
